Hi folks, just to let you know what a great boat this is, suprisingly dry in very confused sea off of ST Davids in Wales. But now used on our local ski lake and on the south coast, excellent boat "Merlin" has turned out to be. Thanks to Harry for being patient whilst we were torn between the 192 and another make. Great boat.

As you know this is Rinker No 3 and has met all my requirements within my boating needs, for now anyway !!!!!

You are a credit to the brand and your business I truly believe that the yanks need to come over here and see how you do it, they could well learn something!!

As for me, after owning 7 boats in six years and venturing from your business and the brand just the once I can definatley say you and the Cambrian team have a very special way in maintaning customer satisfaction not seen elsewhere in the boat market in the U.K, not a "Sales Prevention Manager" in sight, other customers of yours will no doubt agree.

Dear Robin I thought you might like this photo of our boat being launched by Cambrian Boats at Rock earlier this year. We have had so much pleasure from it already and are simply delighted. Everything connected with the purchase of our new Fiesta Vee 250 was professional, courteous, friendly and responsive. All too often great service goes unmentioned.

We ordered our new Rinker 232 Captiva Cuddy from Cambrian in September at the Southampton Boat show where we were looked after by Angharad.

At the show we found her to be friendly and informative. In April, Angharad delivered our new boat to us in Marlow.

As you know, I had requested a thorough handover, and we could not have received a more professional experience. Angharad even spent time with my family and I on the boat to ensure that we felt fully conversant.

She is a credit to your Team and the Captiva is fantastic.
