I was very impressed with the wee boat last weekend, had to take it 14 miles straight into a force 5 with breakin waves up up to 7 & 8 feet. I could not believe how well it handled, I had a couple of waves over the cuddy down my neck, but as long as I kept the nose up I stayed reasonably dry & comfortable. It felt very solid & well built, would recommend it to anybody.

Hi Robin, finally got around to thanking you and your staff for a faultless service. The new 226 R1 has had a serious amount of time on the water this year and performs unbelievably. The boat has given countless hours of shear joy, both our girls are now nearly as good at wakeboarding as I am.....! We regularly go out to sea with family or freinds often upto 8 people on board plus all the toys for unforgettable days of fun. We bought our 192 back in 2007 at the jan boat show, we ordered her with the camper top option, and three of us overnight on her regularly, its quite comfy, honest ! We have covered around 80 hrs and the 4.3 volvo has not missed a beat. "Merlin" is a great boat. Nice one Harry.

Thank you very much for sorting out these issues. I spoke to Robin today and also thanked him for the service you have given.

When I bought the boat at the London show I was concerned how big it would be to drop it in and out. This has been overcome by buying an old LandRover!!!
I must say even though the weather has not been great this year I have tried to use the boat as much as possible. This has sometimes been a struggle as I live a 100 miles from the sea and taking a chance on the weather has been risky. However the boat has performed brilliantly and the ride is fantastic. No matter how many people I have had on the boat the handling has been great. The duoprop has made a massive difference on the turns and my wife now doesn't feel as thought the boat is tipping over on a turn.

I know I have been a demanding customer as I like my boat to be A1 but I must say the service back-up has been brilliant.
No doubt Robin will try to twist my arm for a larger version in January.

We ordered our new Rinker 232 Captiva Cuddy from Cambrian in September at the Southampton Boat show where we were looked after by Angharad.

At the show we found her to be friendly and informative. In April, Angharad delivered our new boat to us in Marlow.

As you know, I had requested a thorough handover, and we could not have received a more professional experience. Angharad even spent time with my family and I on the boat to ensure that we felt fully conversant.
