Cambrian Boats will again be at London Boat Show in the new year and will be present on the Jeanneau (H147) and the Prestige (L121) stands, both in the South Hall.

A very happy new owner is collecting the keys for his new Prestige 500 today.  After owning a Presitge 350 for a matter of months this owner decided to upgrade to a 500 Flybridge.  She is now afloat and ready in the South of France, our personal handover and delivery team is due to arrive this morning in Canet and plan to set off tomorrow to sail the boat to Spain with the proud new owner onboard.

The Coupe verison of the Prestige 500 will be on display at London Boat Show - Stand L121 from the 6th to the 15 January 2012.  This boat is a leader in its class, come and take a look.  Robin will be on the stand all week.

The first of our 2012 model Jeanneau Merry Fishers have begun to arrive with two 6 Marlins arriving this morning.  They are already unloaded, unwrapped and on display.

We'll keep you updated as more models arrive.

With our first Prestige already at the show we are heading off on Tuesday with a convoy of six Rinkers.  Off to Southampton Dry stack to launch the boats, early start on Tuesday but they must be there on time.

The convoy includes, 186, 216 and 246 Bowrider, 246 and 296 Cuddy and a 280 Express Cruiser.  All these boats will be in the Marina at the show on berths 453 - 463.  These boats must be seen and there are some fantastic prices this year, all 2011 prices held for 2012 and a great boat show offer.  Come and see Harry and Trevor (Rinker Eastbourne) there from Friday 16 to Sunday 25th.

We are very pleased to extend a warm welcome to our two new engineers, Ray and Darren.  They have started with us this morning and already have a full schedule of service and repair work booked in.  Ray brings with him several years of mechanical knowledge and is a keen boater while Darren is new to the leisure marine side of boats having previously been an engineer in the Royal Navy.

There is currently a position vacant at Cambrian for a Marine Engineer, we are looking for someone who is friendly and presentable and who will fit in with our ethos of putting the customer first.  Ideally the candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with marine installations (both inboard and outboard) and drives but this is not essential as general mechanical knowledge can be built on

We will enhance current knowledge with factory offered training courses by each of our brands.  The ideal candidate will be eager to learn new skills and will also receive training in the maintenance and repair side of our business.

Dave Lewis the famous journalist from Sea Angler magazine was jumping with joy after testing the new Jeanneau Merry Fisher Marlin 6 in Swansea this week.

The weather was wild, force 6 in Swansea bay, but we went out anyway to really put the boat through its paces.  And it came through with flying colours and even achieved speeds of 30 knots powered by its Yamaha F100 outboard.

Prestige Motor Yachts are heading to South Wales.  We are pleased to announce a further extension to the range we can offer you from our Swansea office.
