We have just secured a large purchase of Suzuki outboards to ensure that we can offer competitive packages for the rest of 2010.  The 165's will be 70 and 80hp, the 170's 90hp and the 175s 100hp.  We have plenty now in stock so please feel free call for exact availabilty and the options we can offer.

The Rinker new 2010 model 190 MTX has arrived by shipping container at our Swansea Sales Yard.  The new model has the pickle fork bow giving a huge deck area for a 19 foot boat.  The models arrived and now in stock have the Volvo Penta 4.3 GL and 4.3 GXi engines and are Red and Black respectively.

Both boats will be on display at our showroom until sold.  BE Quick!!

Wednesday the 3rd February saw one of our new dealers, Penton Hook Marine Sales, take delivery of their first new Rinker.  The 260 Express Cruiser was delivered to their Thames base by our lorry and both Robin and Harry went up to meet the team at Penton Hook and handover the boat.

We are sure that with the already extensive motorboat knowledge at Penton Hook, their enthusiasm for their new brand and the quality and high leval of standard specification that Rinker brings will prove to be a winning formula.  We are sure that this boat won't be around for long although there are more stock boats due so why not call in and catch it while it's there and let Darren and Nick tell you more about the range.

Everyone at Cambrian would like to wish a fond farewell to Mark who is leaving us for twelve months.  He is going off to do brave things for his country and we wish him all the best and look forward to seeing him again late next year.

Congratulations to Ceri and Claire from Swansea Watersports on the purchase of a new RIB Eye 6 Metre with Yamaha F100 for their sea school based in Swansea Marina.

This is the second RIB Eye that they have purchased and will be used in Swansea, Loughor and West Wales for the training of students and for rescue boat cover.

The brand new RIB Eye is fitted with a Yamaha F100 and will soon have new Garmin and ICOM equipment to make her 'school ready'.

For the second time in as many years Rinker have presented Cambrian with a top sales award. 

At the recent dealer meeting in Frankfurt we were proud to receive the third place award for the highest sales amongst all of Rinkers international dealers.  As Rinker have dealers as far afield as Australia, Russia, Singapore and South America this is obviously another proud moment for us all at Cambrian.

In Florida in 2008 we were presented with an award for being one of the top ten Global dealers which included US domestic dealers.

Following on from a successful show in Southampton we are obviously confident that we have the right mix of Rinker models and company strength to continue this trend through 2010.

The first ever International Dealer Meeting for Rinker was held in Frankfurt this bank holiday weekend.  At a time when some manufacturers are closing their doors and laying off staff Rinker have shown their strong position in the boat manufacturing community by holding not only a dealer meeting in the States but also their first ever international meeting.

Proudly unveiled at the meeting was the brand new Rinker 190 MTX, the replacement for the popular 192 model follows in the style footsteps of the 210 bowrider and cuddy with the space creating pickle fork bow design.  This 19' bowrider feels and behaves like a much bigger boat yet gives an exciting ride with a mere 4.3 litre engine.

With the excellent weather making the start of the Easter holidays bright and sunny this is a good omen for the traditional start of the British boating season.
